We’re looking for a skilled excavator operator to join our growing Sewer & Water division. Be valued for your knowledge and recognized for your success. Responsibilities:
- Lead a crew of 2-4 men on job sites with open excavation, trenches, or confined spaces
- Ensure job site follows company safety procedures and compliance with OSHA
- Perform manual labor as well as operate machinery (backhoe, Bobcat) on excavation sites
- Maintain machinery and equipment
- Communicate with customers as needed

Requirements:
- Experience in the repair and installation of sewer, water, and storm systems in residential and commercial applications preferred.
- Experience with excavating equipment such as backhoe and/or Bobcat
- Valid driver’s license
- Must pass a drug test and background check
- Current CDL or ability to obtain in 120 days
- OSHA certifications a plus or be willing to take classes

| Pay: Starting at $35/hour + bonus and commission plans |
Supplemental Pay: Bonus and commission plans |
