He even went above and beyond and replaced some incorrect piping under my sink, cleaned the drain and started to put all of my under-sink stuff back in its place. We had sewer water leaking into our basement from a floor drain and from the toilet seal on a Saturday night, had no clue why but were very worried because the carpet and walls were wet. Called Capps after hours and they sent technician Charles C. out. Charles arrived promptly within the window, was courteous about hygiene in the house (booties and mask), and quickly identified the problem (drain clogged, ejector pump not working). Within the hour he had removed the clog, replaced the seal on the toilet and identified the issue with the pump (faulty floaty). He set up an appointed for Monday to look at the floaty, and gave really helpful suggestions to my wife and I on how to proceed. Really grateful for Charles and Capps quick and effective help on a cold Saturday night!

We called CAPPS for a service call to repair the mechanism in our toilet tank. The plumbing technician, Anthony Olmetti, reviewed our options and said that given the age of the toilet, it might be better in the long run to get a new toilet. We opted to replace our old toilet and Anthony had it delivered to our home and installed the same day. He also returned the following week to run additional water lines and install a bidet toilet seat. His work was very professional and he took the time that was necessary to make sure that the device operated correctly. We are very satisfied customers.

This is our new go to shop for plumbing services. Our garbage disposal started leaking on a late Friday night (offered emergency services but we didn’t need it). Loyal customer over here once again happy to sing their praises! CAPPS is always our first call for plumbing. Zak came to our house last week and not only detected the problem we called about (leaking pipe) he also discovered a major issue with our sump pump well. We are so thankful we were able to deal with it now before it became a MUCH bigger issue down the line. Forever grateful to Zak for that. Today we had two fantastic gentleman, Ethan and Gilbert, come by to replace the well. They were so kind and courteous, very careful to treat our home with respect, and walked us through everything they were doing. It’s a huge job, takes about 6 hours, and they stayed dedicated and the end result is just stunning. 5 stars for Capps Plumbing/Sewer! We needed to have pipes for 2 adjoining sewer lines replaced, due to tree-root clogs and broken clay pipes. With Capps, there were no surprises - - they kept us in the loop, even notifying us when new technicians were coming over. Sean spent time with us explaining why the job was necessary. Tom was a wonderful project manager! He has a 'we've got this' attitude, and guides the team well. Addison, in the front office was always reachable, and answered all our questions. All the technicians were knowledgeable and worked really hard! Although we freaked-out a lot during the process, in retrospect, we can see that our project was in capable hands, and that we were working with real professionals. We highly recommend them!

Quick, Timely, Professionally, Knowledgably and Excellent company!!I had issues with my kitchen sink properly draining water, wasn’t sure exactly what was wrong. Next morning called Capps Plumbing and they were able to schedule me, that very day, and gave me a window between 11-1pm. My plumber, Kyle, gave me a 30-minute heads up to when he was arriving. He came and saw the problem I was experiencing, diagnosed it and got to work. He came in with all his equipment, matts, towels, bucket, tools and apparatus to unclog my pipes. Within 45 minutes the job was done with no mess left behind. Kyle was the most professional and kind plumber I have dealt with in a very long time. Tristan showed up at my mom's condo when we had a sudden leak coming "from nowhere." He quickly isolated the problem, going up and down stairs, back and forth to the van, all the while in the pouring rain, being careful to put his rain bonnets on his shoes every time. We had a tricky plumbing problem/leak that required opening up the foundation underneath our sink in the kitchen. CAPPS evaluated the problem, after several expert opinions, and was able to complete the work with minimal damage & cost. Their employees were professional, considerate, and took great care to prevent any unnecessary damage & mess in our home when they came in & out with their equipment. Our technician, Ruben, was very nice & communicated with us every step of the way so we were educated on what was happening during the course of the repair.With all the choices of contractors out there, we were very impressed & satisfied with CAPPS, and would definitely use them again. Since they were out, I have already referred several people to them, and one of them had CAPPS complete their plumbing work in a bathroom & they saved thousands of dollars compared to two other contractors. Highly recommend this company-5 star service all the way!
