We’re looking for a skilled excavator laborer to join our growing Sewer & Water division. Be valued for your knowledge and recognized for your success. Responsibilities:
- Maintain machinery and equipment
- Complete excavations for commercial and residential sewer and water lines
- Ensure the job site follows company safety procedures and compliance with OSHA
- Assist crew of 2-4 men on job sites with open excavation, trenches, or confined spaces
Requirements:
- Valid driver’s license
- Must pass a drug test and background check
- OSHA certifications a plus or be willing to take classes
- Preferred 2 years’ experience in sewer and water excavations
- Experience with tools for the trade such as jackhammers, coring machines, and concrete saws – training provided if necessary
Job Type: Full-time
Schedule: Monday through Friday and on-call
Pay: $22-$30/hourSupplemental Pay: Bonus and commission plans
Experience: 2 years (preferred)
License/Certification: Driver’s License (Required)
